Therapy is recommended to anyone who has a problem with the skeletal muscular system, or who wants to improve their mental and physical condition, regardless of age. The youngest patient in our centre is a girl of 4 months, and the oldest lady of ninety-two years of age. There is no limit, because if the problem is solvable by therapy, the age doesn’t matter.

Yes and no. Therapy eliminates mechanical problems such as disc hernia, but it leaves behind a “wounded” area which you need to keep healthy. The same goes for spondylosis, e.g. it is successfully treated by therapy but doesn’t permanently disappear and requires periodic maintenance. Therefore, the back needs to be maintained to be healthy, maintenance also prevents other particular varieties of disorders.
It is clear that ailments related to the skeletal and muscular systems haven’t just appeared overnight, therefore they can’t be removed overnight either. Every ailment/disease we experience is a bad habit of the body. The same applies to the mechanical disturbances. When a chiropractor puts the vertebra back into place, the muscles and ligaments that surround it need to return to the old position, therefore the reason why it is necessary to maintain the correct position.

+ Sleep on a good mattress, a person spends a third of his life sleeping, so carefully select a mattress that is neither too hard nor too soft.
+ Explain to your children that the school bag should be worn on both shoulders, equally distributing the weight. This applies to you as well.
+ Be on the move, exercise, swim and take a walk as often as you can.
